Deposit Deposit Tanguieta

Future Value Solve For R

3 finished ... there are still 9! Installation

Hello,
We just finished our study on the deposit of Tanguieta. The results are very interesting, we still found lots of things. Health Area Tanguieta is a pilot area of Benin, which was set up in 1993 well before other areas. Ditto for his deposit that was created in 1995. Despite his seniority and the fact that it is a repository for supposedly, it was noticed many strange things. Notably, the coefficient applied by the Trust for the sale of medicines is 1.5 times the price purchase the CAM which is huge!! (A Malanville it is 1.07). This can be explained by the fact that 75% of the deposit receipts are donated to the health zone. It seems that participation in the deposit area is essential to the survival of the latter. But how do other health areas to survive?? The deposit is not at all independent, in particular at the level of its financial management since it is included in the accounts office area. If not for medication management, they did not 1 not 2 but 3 software to manage the same stock. And the manager calls us because he did PharMeg heard only good things! It would be a date, donors agree that the Beninese or finally take the position that interventions should not be duplicated ad infinitum!! The store is filing for its exemplary level of the arrangement, donors are better suited to the realities on the ground state. The team
area was welcoming and available, yet another example of the host Benin. Tomorrow
starting Natitingou where the manager is absent from Monday due to feedback on CTA with USAID in Parakou ... Definitely our time must be really flexible!

Market Share For Yogurt

missed

My mission was to install the new store Depot Pharmaceutical Distributor Zone (DZ) Malanville. I went to block and inflated with all the ingredients necessary to arrange the shelves: labels prepared with the names of products (thank you Philippe), pen, markers, tape, markers and even alpha bugs. You see what you'll see the most beautiful store in the area of the deposit most powerful of Benin.
In fact, it's already missed a bit: the store was not done according to the plan proposed by us (shelving on the cob) but according to the official plan imposed (by racking the perimeter of the building with a large table in the middle (?)). Not very functional, but we must make do. You do not fight against the administration of Benin.

Tuesday, May 11: The building is elegant, almost dapper with beautiful tan color. But the path to the ramp is undeveloped, the area around trash chantier.Impossible crowded to enter, because no workers, and the key is the entrepreneur who owns it.
The Coordinator is in Cotonou. Izybatou, the manager, and Moumuni, the storekeeper, teach me that the shelves are not fully installed.
I remain optimistic and decide in accordance with the wishes of the Coordinator to prepare an order for 3 months. With Izy, I'm on PharMeg assessment and forward the application to the CAM (Central Purchasing) by telephone: the final amount would be of 12,000,000 FCFA and I demand a spread of 3 months. CAME refuses but I am not too worried: it should arrange with the Coordinator's response to his return. Jules
I phone, the foreman, and I insist that the work be completed Thursday.

Wednesday, May 12: big surprise! There are two Electricians the store, but not carpenters. I photograph. I continue to be optimistic for Thursday and I decided to do a physical inventory of the existing store with the manager and storekeeper. Not bad mistakes. How to sell new stock cards. Computer input with the manager. Cartons are recovered in the hospital for the transfer, if necessary, during the weekend and Izy volunteer.

Thursday, May 13: no carpenter. But I realize it's Ascension! No chance of seeing someone and finish today. I met Dr. Namboni, the travel coordinator income. He tells me that Friday will ALSO holiday, on presidential decision. End of my hopes. It addresses technical issues still outstanding: the air cooler, air recovery from the current store, bought the refrigerator, and office: file new, file cabinets for the manager. All my suggestions are accepted. Consolation.
But then, when the store will it be ready? It will first of all that work is completed. Then, the contractor who was paid only 60% but is eager to touch the rest, sent its report to the relevant ministries: Health, Finance, Secretariat of the President and the representatives of dits ministères se déplacent à Malanville et procèdent avec l’entrepreneur à la réception, puis avec les édiles locaux à l’inauguration.

Vendredi 14 Mai : Izy not let me fall even if it is off. Failing to develop the DZ, we decided to arrange his office: storage, cleaning, sorting all the records. We throw two tons of paper. Mr. Ali, the Head of Administration and Resources (CAR) gives me 70 folders carton, 2 workbooks super elaborate labels. In 3 hours and no electricity - so no AC, the office is perfectly placed, perfectly classified documents. The coordinator and the RAC we go see admiration and thanks. It's good for morale and especially for the operation of the DZ.
the afternoon relaxing at the hotel; I even come the hairdresser (not to play the star: there is no current Malanville, but a group at the hotel. Note to men: you need a hair dryer for girls).

Weekend at Hotel Sota. Pamphile, its director is very caring for me. Saturday, the rest of the team Alain, President of my husband, Gerald, Sabrina and their driver Marius Eric join me.
Sunday morning in the cool (38 ° C) walk on the Niger in dugout for everyone tasting sodabi, a soft drink (at least 50 °) herbal (?), Departure and arrival . A drink of men!
the afternoon debriefing in the pool (32 ° C).
I told my husband he will have to come back to finish the job.
soon as possible, he said.

Super nice weather on this Sunday of May
It changes us and we took the opportunity to go out: model airplanes and competitions equestrian!

Preston And Steve Man Having Orgasm

And you think that sounds easy?

One of the objectives of the mission in May 2010 was to update the software PharMeg installed last year in the pharmaceutical depot dividers Zone (DZ) for flow management. In principle, it's simple: we arrive, we say hello to everyone, we copy the data, it settles into a corner, we made the changes. As is well-behaved people and that all managers are friends we will lunch together at the corner of the maquis. Then it all goes back to the computer, you install the update, we made the demo, we listen carefully to the questions is answered as clearly as possible, then we say goodbye to everyone and we do not goes.
Forget all that. Example.
Monday, May 10, Tchaourou.
Arrive around 8 hours. Greetings to the new Coordinator. I go to the "office-store-room of hospitalization" the manager of DZ. Hugs Ralyatou, said the manager. The drugs are still accumulated on the beds that serve as shelving - as the deposit is planned for two years, nearing completion, the office is inaccessible, and anyway, it's so crowded I could not even put my mouse.
I'll be very acrobatic to plant my USB stick in your PC and copy the tables.
Since there is no room inside and anyway I do not see anything because the neon tube is "spoiled" I moved out to make changes to my computer using the battery, since there is no catch and I have no extension. Rookie mistake: Always enjoy moments electrified. Before I begin, I do a scan of my key (10 viruses anyway). Around 9 o'clock, power failure, but I do not notice it. Obviously. Except that around 11 more drums. Well, it'll be back. I take this opportunity to clean the mouse manager (not done for a century) .13 hours, nothing. We will lunch in the bush of the City (the mayor's wife, the boss). Surprise, the electric fan breakdown. Re-surprise, there was no breaking of the day, says the lady. Back to DZ and no power. I tell myself that there, frankly, it gets very annoying and at this rate, I would not finish the evening. Since there is power in the bush, and with the consent of the owner, I installed my computer.
An hour later I finished. Good. Now we must install on the computer Ralyatou. I returned to the DZ. Still no power. Bizarre: It works everywhere except Tchaourou DZ. Our driver Marius, very observant and curious, as always, asked the right questions to staff: what does not, the facility's electrical Area Office. Visit counter: preposterous! Son coming out of everywhere who are going nowhere, connections disconnected, counters that must have been over twenty years. The maintenancier, warned since the morning, unable to 4:30 p.m..
18 hours: we must leave before nightfall. Hugs Raly. Greetings to the Coordinator. Filling the supervision book I suggest that we provide to the manager a suitable computer. But what about the power cuts, the dire working conditions of this unfortunate Raly which alone and without aid of a shop, never takes off, makes thorough job of public health officer.
managers DZ, or with computers from another age contaminated by all viruses of the earth, or working in difficult conditions, or poorly supported, or all these at once and without a defined status, are héros ignorés de la Santé Publique du Bénin.

New Deposit Nikki

How To Hide Caller Id Rogers

Fresh news ...

First evening, the door of the bathroom that does not close, no light in the bathroom and no shower or bucket (it's nice when it comes to the red track!). So we ran into the bedroom for him Alain prick her shower.
Having finished our work quickly, we returned to Parakou with Alain for a departure direction Malanville Friday. The day begins: we were tasked with preparing the picnic lunch or sandwiches Laughing Cow (good!) But we found nothing! Unfinished task! But we start trusting and we find our food on the road. Everything could be fine if we had not lost a rear shock on the road causing a puncture. Eric (the driver) has changed the wheel (should not count on us too!). We will resume the road when suddenly a strange noise is heard. Second puncture? No! Just the muffler that fell. So Eric (still removing all our luggage that is to say big 4 huge bags and more!) Transferred the pot. It must be said that the road was terrible (but certainly paved with potholes as a hole). We were all eager to reach Petit Paris, a village from where the road becomes good. We arrived at Petit Paris ... And then the drama! SECOND puncture but more spare !!!!! Luckily, we had a puncture at a village Gamagou. Some people have kindly helped us to contact a mechanic to whom he remained a single wheel adapted to the car. But too late to go to Malanville, so we stopped for the night at Kandi.

arrived at Malanville on Saturday for the weekend. Sunday, boat ride on the Niger. It was very disorienting even if we would have preferred that Zechariah (Malanville driver) does not paddle at the risk of capsizing. In the afternoon, we still worked to prepare the following week.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, work at Kandi. Everything went well. Geraldine has found his friends with a lot of fun. The girls we have crafted Lékiatou of toffee, caramel Benin made from condensed milk. Happiness! We had a great time working with Kandi and gave us many satisfactions. If it continues like this, we will have some interesting data to analyze.

We left Thursday for Atacora Donga Tanguieta direction. Just 5 hours of red run, the car windows open. We quickly changed color. The first landscape views are superb and are very different from the rest of Benin: it is green and mountainous. We are located in a charming small hotel "The baobab," we have a small bungalow in a round hut with a thatched roof. Our arrival in Tanguieta was celebrated by a big storm (rain, lightning, thunder). The evening meal was wet. Today, first contacts with the office staff area. Monday was a holiday, so we'll rearrange our work with teams, but everything is under control. Alan and Michele took off for France tonight and we continue the mission. Always in Cotonou

What Does Having A Low Temperature Mean

mission begins Phase 1 ...

We conducted our different questionnaires to health authorities in Benin. The play was very attentive and the discussion was very instuction. key points to be addressed are: the deposit is not a structure recognized by the state currently. No text to justify their creation or regulating their operation there. But now things are moving. Many people support the creation of these deposits in all health districts and the texts should be developed in the future. Otherwise, deposits are under the authority of the DDZS (direction of development of health zones) while the DPM (Department of Pharmacy and Medicines) is involved only in terms of control of stuctures with drugs.
The visit to the CAM was very rich in enseignement.Nous believe it should establish a partnership with the PSF and CAM .... thinking. In fact, CAM is ready to assist deposits at staff training to improve their knowledge. One thing is certain, it is important to involve them in the future because they are primarily concerned with the quality of deposits.
We will continue to work towards CAM and we assemble this week in the North this weekend to begin visit deposits. Alan and Michele are expected Friday if the volcano leaves off ...

How Fast Does Nystatin Work

Arrival in Benin

Hello to All;
girls live here in Benin.

To get a summary of our first days of Benin. ALL IS FOR THE BETTER. if this continues our mission will be successful!

We left it on Thursday. the trip went smoothly. the plane was on time. there were almost half the plane empty. thus leaving the airport very fast. about 1 hour. I had never seen anything like it !!!!!!!! Mr Kofi
the patron of our hostel we waited. Arrived at the inn, first meal Benin (Chowder beef and rice) with the heat and mosquitoes that happiness.

The next day up at 6:30 ... 5:30 ... finally Geraldine had forgotten to bring his laptop at the time of Benin ...

The meeting with health authorities and the CAM for our project went very well. After these initial contacts, the work starts for real on Monday morning. the appointments are made to our questionnaires and the discovery of the CAM.

Otherwise, we spent a Saturday great. Friends showed us a small corner of paradise. About ten kilometers from Cotonou, we were able to sit beside a lake in the middle of nowhere.
